Due to the Coronaviris Covid 19, in office groups and social activities have been cancelled for the immediate future. 

Our OT - Julia has been working hard on creating programs and activities that you can do in the safety of your own home. Starting on Monday April 20th - she will be hosting 1-2 short groups a day through an online program called ZOOM.  You can connect through your smart phone, computer, tablet or call in.  Please connect with Julia - ext 214 for more information.

Mental Health Week and Nursing Week Draw!

In honour of
Mental Health Week (May 4th to 10th) and Nursing Week (May 11th to 17th), we are having two raffles for a $10 Tim Hortons Gift Card!

To enter, complete some challenges by contacting Julia at jquinn@hamiltonmentalhealthoutreach.ca or (905) 522-9767 ext. 214. Each challenge is associated with a number of raffle tickets, either 1 or 2. Each challenge can only be completed once (for a maximum of 7 raffle tickets). The more challenges you complete, the more chances you have to win!
